ZOMA Travel is operated by WonderWay LLC. These Terms govern your use of our Site and services, and may be updated without notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form binding agreements to use our services. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Role of ZOMA Travel

ZOMA acts as your travel advisor and agent, arranging bookings with third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and transportation providers. Travel services are provided by those suppliers, and their own terms and conditions apply. ZOMA is not responsible for the performance of third-party suppliers.

Payment & Card Storage

We process payments securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS - compliant payment processor. By providing your credit card details, you authorize ZOMA Travel to charge your card for agreed services.

​

With your explicit consent, we may securely store your card details through Stripe’s encrypted systems to simplify future bookings. Your card will only be charged for services that you approve.

​

In certain cases, ZOMA Travel may, at its discretion, advance payments to suppliers on your behalf in order to secure travel services. If this occurs, you agree to reimburse ZOMA Travel in full upon receipt of an invoice. All invoices are due immediately unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services, and you will remain responsible for any cancellation costs charged by suppliers.

ZOMA Travel reserves the right to recover any unpaid amounts, including reasonable collection costs, legal fees, and interest on overdue payments, as permitted by law.

If you are an EU resident, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your stored payment information. Card details are retained until you request their removal.

​

We will never sell, share, or disclose your payment information, except as required to process payments securely through Stripe.

​

Booking, Changes & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant supplier. Changes, cancellations, refunds, or penalties are determined solely by the supplier’s policies.

ZOMA Travel does not bear any cancellation costs. Any fees, penalties, or charges arising from changes or cancellations (including changes in your travel plans) are your responsibility.

All prices are subject to change until full payment has been received by the supplier. Additional costs arising from taxes, surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supplier rate changes are the sole responsibility of the client.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur, and ZOMA reserves the right to correct such errors or cancel affected bookings

Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and travel insurance required for your trip. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Client Responsibility & Conduct

You are solely responsible for your own actions, behavior, and compliance with all supplier requirements during travel. ZOMA Travel shall not be held liable for denial of service, denial of boarding, removal from accommodations, fines, damages, or additional costs resulting from your conduct or failure to comply with supplier rules, regulations, or applicable law.

Force Majeure

ZOMA Travel shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, events beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, airline or supplier failures, political unrest, terrorism, or government actions.

In such circumstances, refunds and remedies will be subject solely to the policies of the relevant supplier.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, images, graphics, and design elements is the property of ZOMA Travel and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

Your Communications

Any communications made through our website, blog comments, newsletter sign-up, social media, or email are not held privileged or confidential and may be viewed by third parties.

By submitting communications, you grant ZOMA Travel the right to republish or use them in connection with our business. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content.

Advisor / Service Fees

Any service fees, planning fees, or consultation fees charged by ZOMA Travel are non-refundable, regardless of changes or cancellations to your trip. These fees are compensation for services rendered and are separate from supplier costs.

Limitation of Liability

ZOMA is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or other issues beyond our direct control.

This website is updated regularly, but we do not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, or current. Your use of our services and this Site is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOMA’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to ZOMA Travel for our services.

​ZOMA makes no financial or income claims of any kind. Past results presented on the Site are not an indication of future results. Your outcomes depend solely on your actions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your use of this Site or our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

All legal fees and costs incurred by ZOMA Travel in enforcing these Terms shall be recoverable from you should ZOMA prevail in any dispute. You are responsible for your own legal costs at all times.

If arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Wyoming.

Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure by ZOMA Travel to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other.

GDPR & Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request deletion of your personal data (including payment details). Requests may be submitted by email to contact@zoma.travel.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and ZOMA Travel regarding use of this Site and our services.
