Regent Bali Canggu is now open on Batu Bolong Beach as Regent’s first hotel in Indonesia. With 150 rooms, suites, penthouses and villas, six places to eat and drink, and the first Regent Spa & Wellness, it brings a more polished style of beachfront stay to one of Bali’s liveliest neighbourhoods.
Regent Bali Canggu brings the brand to Indonesia
Regent Bali Canggu sits directly on Canggu Beach at Batu Bolong. It is Regent’s first hotel in Indonesia and has 150 rooms, suites, penthouses and villas. Many open onto a lagoon, while the beachfront villas have private pools. The interiors use Indonesian teak and volcanic stone, but the scale and service are firmly that of a full resort.
This is not a remote Bali hideaway. Canggu is active, social and close to restaurants and shops. Regent gives you a calm base on the coast without pretending the neighbourhood is sleepy. That makes it a strong first or final stop around time in Ubud or elsewhere in Indonesia.

A spa resort, not a retreat schedule
The hotel is home to the first Regent Spa & Wellness. Its facilities include a hydrotherapy circuit, vitality pools and ice baths, with treatments that can sit around an otherwise normal beach holiday. You can book a spa-heavy week here, but you are not entering a fixed medical programme.
That distinction matters. Regent is right for guests who want good wellness facilities alongside the freedom to surf, eat out, spend an afternoon by the pool and change plans.

The rooms and the food are part of the decision
The resort has six places to eat and drink. CURE Bali is led by chef Andrew Walsh and gives the hotel a restaurant worth planning an evening around, rather than treating dinner as an afterthought. For guests staying a full week, that range makes a practical difference.
Room choice matters too. A lagoon-access suite gives easy water access without paying for the privacy of a villa. For a honeymoon or a quieter stay, we would look first at the beachfront pool villas and the position of each one, not simply the category name.

Inside Regent Bali Canggu
The penthouses and Regent Club add another layer for guests who want more privacy and space. We compare the actual view, outdoor area and access attached to each category before recommending the upgrade. In a new resort, the room’s exact position often matters more than a long list of inclusions.

Who should book Regent Bali Canggu
Regent Bali Canggu works best for travellers who want a polished beach hotel while staying close to Canggu’s restaurants, shops and energy. Wellness can be part of every day, but it does not dictate the schedule. The larger accommodation also makes the resort practical for families and longer stays.
ZOMA can compare the lagoon suites, penthouses and beachfront villas, then pair Canggu with Ubud or another Indonesian island. We can also arrange the flights and transfers around the stay.
